Initial Consultation: Your initial no-cost consultation with Strong Construction will help you determine your specific needs for a home or business. We will determine a realistic budget for your project and determine the best schedule to successfully complete your project.
Find a Property: Before any design can start, a property must be found. The special features of your property will determine how your project will be designed.
Design your Building Project: Whether you are purchasing an existing plan, developing your own, or hiring a professional architect, involving your contractor in the design project creates a smoother and more cost-effective building project.
Detailing your Design: At this stage of the project, Strong Construction will help you determine the best specific finishes and fixtures for your project. This may take several consultations to determine the best available products that fit your needs.
Before Breaking Ground: This is the final meeting before the building begins. You will receive written breakdown of all methods and material that will be used during your building project. You will also receive a breakdown of the builder’s and owner’s responsibilities during the building project. We will also be able to determine a more precise timetable to complete your project.
During Construction: At this phase of the project there will be several meetings at the construction site. If you are out of town, Strong’s Construction will provide you with detailed emails, images and outlines of the progress of your building project.
Post-Construction: At the completion of your project you will be supplied with information about subcontractors, manuals for mechanical and electrical equipment, and details concerning any warranties.
